So I am totally in love with these high-waisted jeans I just bought from Charlotte Russe. Not only do they cinch in my waist to make it defined, they also suck in my love handles and create a mostly seamless curve from my waist to my hips (which is usually interrupted by my love handles). Also, they were a size 12! A size 12!!! I mean, Charlotte Russe’s sizes seem to run a little big, but their biggest pant size is 14 and they were much to large on me so I got a 12 and they are even not tight. They are stretchy, but they fit well, and that’s a good feeling to not have to purchase the largest size a store has to offer.
Also, confession time. I have been eating shitty for the past week. Not binging, but I have had my fair share of pizza and that’s not keto obviously. I decided that it’s probably good for me to take a 2 week break from keto and allow myself to eat some less healthy things, so when I get back into next week, I won’t be intimidated by the boredom that has become my life and keto meals. I’ve been so over eating the same meals every day and needed a change. So for the last week, I’ve been eating low carb very strictly during the morning and day, and then for dinner eating something carb-heavy, such as pizza. Come to think of it, pizza really is the only carb-y thing I’ve eaten. I had some salmon chowder and a piece of bread at one point, but other than that, I’ve still been eating low carb foods and then saying “screw it” when it comes to pizza. It’s truly been nice to finally eat pizza with my boyfriend, because that’s his favorite and he eats it pretty much every damn day. But starting next week, I’ll go back to the strict eating, because I need to start that again. I think 2 weeks of break is a healthy way to get myself out of the funk I was getting into with my repetitive meals.
