Literally just romanticize your own life. What’s stopping you. Who will care. Commit to enjoying things.

No offense but my female ancestors didn’t go through centuries of oppression for me to feel bad about myself all the time

March was a bit of a dumpster fire in terms of me attaining my goals. I flew home to Washington State for a week-long visit and on the day of my flight, I had to be at the airport at 5am so obviously I was starving and decided to cheat a little by getting a breakfast sandwich… Then when I got home, it was Oscars night, so I got super drunk and ate whatever I could find in the house to eat, which was apparently a bunch of donuts my mom just had laying around. Then the next day I woke up feeling the worst I’ve ever felt and I thought I was hungover, but then the symptoms continued and I realized I had the flu so I dealt with that for 5 days. Just when I started to feel better, allergies from all the pollen in the area kicked in and I was useless the entire week I was home. When I flew back to NYC, my allergies turned into a cold, so then I was out of service for another week as I recovered. So half of March was a bust and it didn’t encourage me to do any working out or eat healthy so I’ve felt like a mess. Thankfully I didn’t gain too much weight back, just a few pounds, so I think if I start to do well now and eat low carb from now until I leave for the summer, I should be more focused. But I don’t think the gym will be something I keep up, at least for now. I think working out is great, but I don’t really like doing it and I’m not trying to build up endurance to run a marathon or lift weights, so currently I don’t see the point. I still want to eat healthy and make sure I’m at least not gorging my body with bad foods so as of today I’m trying to get back on the bandwagon as much as possible. So my goals for this month are basically the same as last month. Simple and to the point…
